RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At LIWA, we are completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with the order, we offer a 7-day easy return policy for any of our products. Make sure the only way you are eligible for a return is the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packing condition.
Due to the nature of our food products and beauty product, please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened. Also, remember we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. Only, damaged or wrong products can be returned.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, as well as any applicable shipping fees. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that we have the right to refuse any returns that do not adhere to our standards or that have been used or opened. Contact us without delay if you have any queries or reservations about our return policy. We appreciate your business.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Delivery/Shipping Policy:
We offer delivery/shipping services to both local and international customers. For local customers, we provide delivery within 7 days of purchase and for international and GCC countries we deliver within 10 days.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner.
For customers within the UAE, we charge a flat rate of AED 18 for delivery. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address along with your contact details. This will ensure that our courier can easily locate and deliver your order.
Delivery Charge:
For local customers, we offer AED 18 for delivery on all orders. However, we offer free delivery for orders above AED 500.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance.
